The First Squeeze American Wheat Ale
Citrus is the name of the game with this effervescent American Wheat beer. We add 2 lbs of blood orange peels into every batch for a refreshing blast of orange character.
Hell Yes Ma’am Belgian Golden Ale
Hell Yes Ma’am is fruity, spicy, pleasantly warming, & dangerously drinkable. This beer is bursting with elements of pear, apple, bubblegum, & pepper. Mid-palate you’ll find a delicate grainy sweetness that finishes clean & spicy, warming you up as it goes down.
Coffee Hidden Pipe Porter
Robust and bold, this ale is brewed with locally roasted coffee from Oak City Roasters, resulting in flavors of cocoa, creamed coffee, espresso, molasses, and dark fruit; a perfect everyday sipper for those colder evenings with friends.
The Walter Imperial IPA
Brewed with three types of malts providing a light and refined background for the hop onslaught to follow. Six American hop varietals are used in the boil and extensive dry hopping to produce a brash, aromatic symphony including elements of tangerine, pineapple, lemon and pine, finishing with a bracing bitterness that will leave you wanting for more.
House of Clay Rye IPA
Rich with citrus, pine, & tropical fruit from copious amounts of hops added late in the kettle and the fermentation tank. We focus on late hop additions making the bitterness well-balanced with the hop profile. Rye notes sneak in with a sharp kick that really lifts the hops on your palate while providing counterpoint to the bitterness.
Moravian Rhapsody Czech Pilsener
Crisp, hoppy, and refreshing; our Pilsner is traditionally brewed with Pilsner malt, Saaz hops, and German Lager yeast. Clean bitterness and an herbal hop character are balanced by sharp graininess and a crisp finish.
Non-alcoholic root beer – a favorite, only available in the tap room!
The Toll Imperial Oatmeal Stout
By far our most luscious & robust offering. Roasted coffee & chocolate completely permeate your palate with enormous body and highlights of rich caramel. Massive in its flavors but surprisingly drinkable this stout will certainly challenge your palate.
Royal Black Lager
Light, malty and extremely drinkable. Dominant flavors come from Munich malt balanced with German Pilsner malt to add a grainy character.. Light additions of Chocolate Malt, Carafa Special and Black malt provide a rich, dark color but gentle roastiness.
Acorn Session IPA
A balance of piney resin and bright citrus is struck through the use of chinook, comet and citra hops. The firm, but not overpowering bitterness is balanced by a biscuity, toasty and lightly sweet malt character.
Belltower Berliner Weisse
Ever feel torn between the desire for lemonade or beer? Now you don’t have to choose! Belltower leads with a light, lactic acidity which gives way to light citrus notes, finishing the interplay of bready wheat and crisp dryness.
Blatherskite Scottish Ale
This easy drinking ale boasts flavors & aromas of caramel, honey & toffee that go along with a full, sweet mouthfeel. Low hopping rates produce a very clean and sweet finish that pairs well with spicy or heavily-seasoned foods along with caramel-like desserts.
Pinky Hibiscus Witbier
Traditional Belgian wit yeast imparts delicate notes of peppercorn, fresh flowers and light clove. A generous addition of hibiscus flowers coupled with meyer lemon peel provide a pop of color and a lightly tart fruitiness that balances the bready wheat backbone.
City of Blokes Bitter
Light, yet full of flavor. Our Pub ale exerts hints of toast, nuts, and caramelized honey along with firm earthy hop notes. Despite the name of the style, the bitterness is restrained, with enough malt depth to keep things in balance.
