Marketing & Events Coordinator Position

Job Description:

Raleigh Brewing is the second largest production brewery in Wake County and is looking to fill the role of a Marketing and Events Coordinator. This position will require flexible hours, including weekends. Marketing and Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of numerous events throughout the year, social media coordination and all company branding/promotional material. Ideal candidate will be able to navigate Illustrator, Excel, Google Docs and digital platforms with ease.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in event planning and marketing field
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related degree
  • Experience communicating with senior-level executives
  • Outstanding problem-solving, writing, communication  and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and develop performance measures and benchmarks
  • Motivated with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working with a wide variety of cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Adobe Suite experience highly preferred
Job Duties:
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional
    campaigns and relations
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for
    existing and future opportunities
  • Manage and maintain marketing budget and inventory data
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and
    competitor information
  • Organize logistics of all company events, state wide
  • Produce and implement social media marketing strategies, tactics
    and campaigns
  • Design branding material
  • Assist in managing event staff at events
  • Attend events on a regular basis
